How will rental prospects find my rental listing(s)?
Great question! The short answer is that we have made a tremendous investment in utilizing search engine optimization (SEO) for organic traffic and we have ongoing pay per click and other marketing collateral that will drive traffic to the site.

Some sites are less expensive or free, why should I post my property on this site?
Free is good, right? Yes and no! We have found that most free sites need lots of attention (i.e. frequent updating, concerns over being flagged by a competing property, etc) and tend to deliver lower quality prospects. And yes, you may find other sites that are cheaper but if it’s all about finding a quality tenant for your rental property, we deliver.

Will rental prospects contact me or is this a referral site?
We have setup up the site so that prospective tenants can contact you. If they are more comfortable waiting for you to reply, they can complete the Schedule a Showing form or if they want to be more pro-active, they can call you directly. When setting up your profile, be sure to include as much information as you are comfortable with.

What are meta tags and why are they on this site?
Glad you asked! Meta tags are like keywords that best describe your property. One of the added benefits of having meta tags is that we have structured the meta data to be independently crawled by the search engines. Tip: adding too many meta tags may lower your chances of being crawled on a regular basis.

How will I know when my rental listing is expiring?
If you login to your Dashboard, you will be able to see how many days are left before the listing expires. If you still have plenty of time left before expiration and don’t have time to regularly check the expiration date, don’t worry, we’ll send you an email just before your listing is about to expire

Why am I receiving an error message after I post my rental listing?
The most common occurrence for an error message is the picture(s) that were uploaded. Most of the time the photo processor (when uploading) will let you know if your picture size is too large.
