We want you to refer our property management and leasing services without fear of possibly losing out on a future listing. As an incentive, we would like to include an addendum in the leasing or management agreement that will include your name and contact information in the event that the property owner decides to list their property in the future. Of course, we have no way of forcing the owner to use your listing services but at least they’ll know how to reach you in the future.
To qualify, you must complete the form below in order to get credit (addendum) for the party that you are referring. If the party you refer decides to use our services, we will include the addendum in the leasing or management agreement.
